Operations and project-management leader — six years of e-commerce marketplace ops, analyst to Team Lead, with a physicist's habit of asking why a system behaves the way it does.
At Lumina Datamatics I run product listing, quality assurance and process optimization across 10+ marketplaces — and build the AI that makes the work smaller: a Production Tracker that lifted delivery visibility, image-and-text analysis that names return reasons, automated email drafting, and a chatbot that answers agents' process questions in real time.
My method never changes: measure the system, find the friction, remove it, standardize it. It worked in the physics lab, it works across ten marketplaces — and it works upside down, because after hours I train gymnastics, parkour, tricking and breaking. Different lab, same physics.

Before dashboards, there were wave equations. I learned how systems work by studying the universe's.

- Used VDI to create initial listings and cross-referenced product details to catch mismatches early.

Group Lead
- Ran end-to-end product listing operations across 10+ marketplaces with full team allocation, training, and QC ownership.
- Performed final SQC before every client submission — error-free deliverables as the standard.
- Led daily huddles, task allocation, and delivery goal-setting to maximize team productivity.

Created multiple n8n automation workflows for daily operations — consolidating distributed team trackers from cloud storage, scheduling email delivery of results, and wiring repetitive hand-offs end to end.
